Open Bottom, Round Knock Box.
This stainless steel knock box chute has an open bottom designed to fit into a countertop. Place the collection bin or bag directly below the opening.
It also has a sturdy knock bar. Bash the portafilter with spent coffee against it and that goes right into the bin beneath. You’ll not have to worry about the coffee knock box getting full or emptying until the end of the day.
